SARDINIA

THE TENORE

2016

The popular sardinian tradition of lyric tenors inspires the sculpture representing the choral group.

Four large stylized male figures hold a big cube that as a sacral pagan altar symbolizes the tension and the union in a choral effort.

The installation includes the project of two spaces that are very different and opposite but at the same time linked by a way: on the square stage the tenores sing and for reaching it they have to walk throgh the upstair. The base is curve because bears  the sculpture in order to face the real event and also the figurative rievocation as a glance in endless shades.
